Wildflower Honey

Our most prolific honey. NZ has some of the most beautiful pasture land and with that an array of wildflowers. This honey changes the most in taste and colour throughout the season with varying sweetness dependent on the flora in bloom across our bee sites. Sometimes a bright amber with a full and sharp sweetness, and sometimes a paler colour with more delicate floral tones, but always a winner! Great for the kids on toast, in tea, in a sauce or marinade or to sweeten a smoothie.
